Sassy Club Membership gives you 10% off eligible regular-priced Miss Sassy products, excluding pizza, plus access to exclusive member perks, special offers, and seasonal surprises.
Membership costs $14.99 per month. After purchasing your Membership, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be reviewed and activated. Once it is active, you can start placing food orders and enjoying your 10% member discount on eligible products.
No food orders are required to purchase Membership, and no automatic food deliveries are included.
Can I purchase Membership without placing a food order?
Yes! You can purchase Sassy Club Membership separately without ordering any food.
After purchasing Membership, please allow up to 24 hours for activation. Once your Membership is active, you can place food orders and receive 10% off eligible regular-priced Miss Sassy products, excluding pizza.
Please wait until your Membership is activated before placing an order if you want to use your member discount.
How do I use my 10% member discount?
Once your Membership has been activated:
- Log in to your Miss Sassy customer account associated with your Membership.
- Browse the store and add eligible products to your cart.
- Open your cart and check that the 10% member discount has been applied to eligible products.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your order.
The discount applies to eligible regular-priced products, excluding pizza. If your Membership is active but the discount does not appear in your cart, please contact our support team.
Where can I manage my Membership?
You can view and manage your Sassy Club Membership through your Miss Sassy customer account.
Follow these steps:
- Visit the Miss Sassy website.
- Click the account/profile icon and log in using the email address associated with your Membership.
- Open your Profile or Orders section.
- Look for the Manage Membership button and click it.
- You will be redirected to the Membership Portal.
- In the portal, you can view your Membership details and access the available subscription management options.
If you cannot find the Manage Membership button, make sure you are logged in with the correct account. If you still cannot access the portal, contact our support team for assistance.
How can I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your Sassy Club Membership through the Membership Portal:
- Log in to your Miss Sassy customer account.
- Go to Profile or Orders.
- Click Manage Membership.
- Open your active Membership in the Membership Portal.
- Select the cancellation option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Your access to member benefits after cancellation depends on your Membership settings and the remaining billing period.
Will my Membership renew automatically?
Sassy Club Membership is a monthly subscription. Please review your subscription details in the Membership Portal to check your billing and renewal information. If you no longer wish to continue your Membership, you can cancel it through the portal.
Will my Membership include automatic food deliveries?
No. Sassy Club Membership does not include automatic food deliveries. You can order food whenever you choose, and there are no required food orders to maintain your Membership.
What happens if I use a different email address?
To access your Membership and member benefits, log in using the email address linked to your Membership. If you purchased Membership with a different email address or cannot find your subscription, please contact our support team for assistance.
