How are you different from grocery store brands?

How long can I keep this stash in my freezer?

While our flash-freezing process technically "stops the clock," we recommend enjoying your MISS SASSY within 90 days to experience that peak, made-from-scratch flavor we’re known for.

Won’t it melt? How do you ship frozen food?

We’ve mastered the art of the "Cold Chain."

  • Local (South Florida): Delivered personally in insulated bags with heavy-duty gel packs.
  • Nationwide (UPS): Shipped in high-tech thermal liners with Dry Ice. Just enter your ZIP code at checkout, and we’ll show you the best way to get your fix.
What if I’m not home when it arrives?

Our packaging is designed to keep things frosty for several hours after delivery. However, we recommend tucking your goodies into the freezer as soon as you can. We’ll send you a notification the second your package hits your doorstep.
My order arrived a little soft. Is that okay?

Totally! As long as the products are still cold to the touch (think "fridge cold"), they are perfectly safe. Pop them straight into the freezer to firm up or start cooking right away!

Do I need to defrost before cooking?

Absolutely not. MISS SASSY is all about your convenience. Whether it’s our zrazy, dumplings, or crepes, cook them straight from the freezer. It’s the secret to keeping them juicy, savory, and perfectly shaped.
How long until dinner?

Just minutes. By the time you pour a glass of wine or set the table, your gourmet meal is ready to enjoy. Detailed, easy-to-follow instructions are provided on every pack and our website.

Orders & Policies

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. To ensure we can pack your order with enough dry ice or gel packs to keep it frozen, minimums and shipping rates vary by your ZIP code. You’ll see the specifics at checkout.
What’s your return policy?

Since we’re dealing with perishable food, all sales are final (Final Sale). However, your experience is our priority. If there’s a legitimate issue with your delivery or the product quality, snap a photo and reach out to us on the day of delivery.
How do credits work?

If a claim is approved (e.g., damaged packaging or a total thaw due to carrier delays), we will issue Store Credit to your account. It never expires and can be used for your next order. We don’t offer cash refunds, but we always make sure you end up a happy (and well-fed) customer!
